At Your School
Orchestra teachers, if you have an outstanding orchestra department, and you would like for members of the KCSQP faculty to offer a dynamic 1-1 1/2 hour clinic at your school, please notify us via the website, artisticdirector@kcstringquartet.org. After reviewing your request, and your school program, we will let you know whether your school has been chosen as a clinic site.
Clinics will be held in February, late March, or early April. Please remember to include:
1) Name of your school, teacher name
2) How many students in string section of orchestra
3) What chamber music or orchestral repertoire you are preparing
4) Time class meets
5) Which month you prefer--Feb or late March (after spring break), early April
Clinics include one or more of the following:
1) Chamber music masterclass or coaching of top chamber music ensembles
2) Orchestra sectionals
3) Orchestra rehearsal workshop
4) Performance by faculty
